Today, my radar is on Eketi Edima Ette‘s wall. She decided to share the weird things she has encountered at weddings she attended and I cannot stop this laughter. Read below biko:
Another Saturday came and went two days ago.How many of you attended a wedding?Did anything funny or weird happen?In fact, what’s the funniest, weirdest or silliest thing you’ve ever seen at a wedding?
Let me go first.Wedding 1:The groom’s sister demanded that one of the bridesmaid’s picking money should hand over all the money that was being sprayed to her.The bridesmaid refused, as she was under strict instructions not to do so.Right there on the dance floor, the groom’s sister slapped the bridesmaid and dragged the bag of money from her.I was the bridesmaid that was slapped. Chai! �Wedding 2:After the wedding, as we were taking pictures, the bride and groom got into a heated argument.The mother of the groom wanted to follow the couple to their new home. The bride objected, saying it was their wedding night, for them alone. The groom said she had no right or authority to object, that his mother was coming home, as they had a lot to gist about.I later heard that the groom and his mother spent the wedding night together, on the same bed, while his wife slept in the guest room.The marriage ended after 2 years.Wedding 3:At the reception, the chief bridesmaid was giving her toast.She said, “I’m so happy to witness this wedding today. The couple are my friends and I was there from the beginning of the relationship.They are a good example of the fact that having sex on the first date doesn’t mean that man won’t marry you. They met at So-and-so Club and went home together that day. And today, we’re celebrating their wedding.”You could’ve heard a pin drop in that hall. ����Wedding 4:At the church, the pastor asked us all to stand, as the bride was about to march in. We all stood. Then there was a commotion at the back of the church.The bride had changed her mind. She said she wasn’t matching in again, that she was under a lot of pressure and was about to make a grave mistake.No amount of begging changed her mind o.That’s how the wedding was cancelled and we went home without eating party Jollof.

My friend told me about this one o.The pastor told the couple to kneel before the church so as to bless them.The bride was wearing a tube gown, immediately she knelt down, her boobs popped out of the gown. The groom had to assist her to put it back in place while the pastor had to face another direction to continue the prayer

A friend this ones…1.one of the weddings that she was among the bridesmaids,being a catholic wedding, there were many couples to be joined together. The groom of their own bride didn’t come when the priest was joining couples together. When the priest got to the lady,he looked at her with pity in his eyes and said,jesus is your groom dear…the bride immediately started wailing.The husband finally came before the mass ended and you could hear shouts of praise the lord from all corners of the church.2. On the day of the wedding, while while the bride was in cburch, the groom was dressed in his groom’s atttire but was seated rather comfortably on his way to lagos while the bride was un a church at Enugu waiting for him.That was how the marriage ebded before it even started
I’m a photographer, I covered a wedding in Anambra state. God to the bride’s place with my crew very early on d wedding morning. After doing the days job as I can’t come back to Lagos Dat night. When I asked for food, I was directed to the bride’s mum kitchen at the backyard only for me and my crew to be offered concoction without meat. We tanked dem very well and left for our hotel.
like wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!some sad. some funny. some disgusting.i know a couple that missed their own wedding. it was a joint wedding so the service started without them. they came after the joining and the blessing of the wedding. Story was that the ex-wife of the groom showed up in town to cause problem and didn’t let the groom come to church. the whole wedding service started and ended without them. after much begging the pastor agreed to join the couple without a service. they just walked up to the altar and joined them in five minutes.
I have had so much laugh.The one i witnessed was when the grooms mother didn’t allow the bride into the church because she was wearing a tube gown. The bride had to find a tailor around to cover up the upper part of the gown before the grooms mother allowed church service to start.
I was a bridesmaid for my high school friend’s wedding.On the way to the church, the bride wrongly directed the driver and later found the right track to the church. The groom had entered and was worried. He came out and broke the “you dont see the bride before the wedding”. He asked what happened, she explained why she was late and then the next thing the groom said was “you are stupid for directing the driver wrongly”Imagine the shock on my face, and my beautiful friend started crying as he said it right in front of all the bridesmaids, we had to wipe her tears and did her make up again.I do not know what has become of them as we lost contact. But the groom sef ehn…that was too hard na
Wonders shall never end. These experiences just make me happy and sad that I’ve never really attended a wedding! but some people shaaa, just imagine the one that traveled out because they didn’t give him a lift, or d one dt groom slapped bride because of dollars.Some marriages you can see the downfall right from the church door

I attended a wedding and the grooms sister was the one giving souvenirs when people bring their gifts and can y’all imagine, she was checking the envelopes that was brought.. Lolzz.. if it’s a small cash, she’ll give them pen or calendar… If it’s big cash, she’ll give bags, jotters, breakable plates. I was like warrisdis?
