Nma Okpara, (born May 15) popularly known as Nigerian Lazy Chef was born in Delta state Nigeria. She is a mother of two who resides in Atlanta, USA. She is a Nigerian Chef who enjoys cooking our food with a twist.Nma ventured into the world of cooking in 2012, when asked why she did, aside always loving her mom’s delicacies which she tells everyone who cares to listen, her answer went thus: “I was going through depression. I was suicidal. And one day I walked into my kitchen and it went on from there.”Nma Okpara wants to travel the whole of Africa to teach people how versatile our food can be. “You don’t have to go through too much to eat African food,” she said.She has been featured on different platforms and was one of the 5 African bloggers to follow by CNN travel.
