It is that time of the year, again, when people celebrate love and their loved ones. In the spirit of love, we are bringing back one of our favorite activities of the year – the Love Literati Contest. This activity helps us celebrate love in a very unique fashion as we uphold our love for the art of writing and the art of love. 

ELSiEiSY Blog is currently inviting submissions for the fourth edition of the Love Literati contest. This yearly competition is designed to uphold the beauty of Literature and Love. To participate, simply write a love-themed piece of 500 words. Send us your expression or experience of love in the most creative way possible.

All submissions should be sent to email@elsieisy.com as a word document attachment. Your submission must be original and unpublished. The deadline for submissions is the 10th of February. All accepted submissions will be published on www.elsieisy.com

Qualified submissions will be collated by Farida Adamu and Sami Tunji, while the final judges will be Sally Kenneth Dadzie (Author and Founder, Moskedapages), Segun Odejimi (Writer, Noah’s Ark Communications) and Deoye Falade (Writer and Communication Executive at AVON HMO).

This year’s contest will reward three winners:

1st Prize – 50,000 Naira

2nd Prize – 30,000 Naira

3rd Prize – 20,000 Naira
