In an interview with Elsie Godwin of Plus TV Africa, CEO/Founder of Farmcrowdy Group, Onyeka Akumah, reveals that Farmcrowdy would have been a total disaster if they had started big. He explains that starting small have helped them study the industry carefully while growing. He touched on the challenges he had to face in starting up the business from taking the wrong path of using CVs in employing members of the team to making farmers understand the process.
Mr. Akumah also spoke on the Fulani herdsmen crisis and how much it is affecting the Agricultural sector. Noting that to everywhere there is an issue, everything stops. He however, commended the security forces for the job done so far while admonishing them to work better and faster.
