As much as it would be nice to have a considerable large size of ass, it won’t be too cool to have your ass multiplying your steps right behind you. It doesn’t seem too cool and I am yet to see a guy who would deliberately prefer watery ass to a big round firm ass. The word ‘big’ in this context is relative.
Whether your ass is too shaky already or beginning to look like it, the good news is, you can prevent it from going totally bad or even fix it. You don’t need a surgery to get that ass back up together, all you need is hard work and discipline. Yea, hard work and discipline. There’s no short cut to achieving this aim than eating good and doing the right exercise.
I’ll start with the fairly easy step – Eating well
Eat balanced diet, the idea that loading up extra protein will magically help you gain muscle is a common misconception. Instead, eat a balanced diet that consists of fruits, vegetables, (filling up on fruits and vegetables will help you stay fuller for long which will aid in weight loss) lean proteins and whole grains.
Cut out Sugars and empty carbohydrates – these foods provide the little in the way of nutrition and are stored as fat if they are not burned off immediately through exercise. Also cultivate the habit of reading food labels, you would be surprised to learn that extra sugars have been creeping into some of your favorite daily meals and beverages.
Exercise – Hip lifts and Squats
Hip lift – lay on your back with your hands at your side and your knees bent at a 45 degree angle. Keeping your feet on the floor, lift your hips us in the air until they are aligned with your legs and torso. Hold for 10 seconds, and then bring your hips back down to the floor.
Squats –
Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart. Squat down as if you were going to sit down on a chair, keeping your back straight. Remain that way for as long as you can bear and return to your standing position. You will realize you can stay longer with time. Increase you duration each time till you can stay for a longer period.
You can put yourself up on a 30 days squat challenge by using the calendar below. It seems unachievable but after the first few days pain, it becomes a piece of cake and you are already on your way to having that sexy firm butt.
Then lastly, reduce Cellulite. Cellulite is nothing more than the normal fat beneath the skin. The fat appears bumpy because it pushes against connective tissue, causing the skin above it to pucker. Remember cellulite has to do with your age, body type, what you eat and little to do with weight. Be active throughout the day, if you work a desk job, be sure to get up and walk around during your breaks and lunch. Stay away from sugar and alcohol. Do resistance training. Remember that for every pound of muscle you gain, your body burn 50 more calories per day, even at rest.
Now get busy and work that Ass. That Butt shouldn’t be too soft 😀

Great information but I don’t exercise as much but my butt is pretty firm though, but most women would prefer a big butt than a firm butt Lol
