Osagie Alonge is a journalist and digital media publisher who manages all the day-to-day operations for one of Africa’s biggest digital media publishing platform, overseeing over the team in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Uganda. He is the Head of Editorial and Editor-In-Chief, Pulse Africa. He has 8 years experience in journalism and creative writing.
In a One on One conversation with Elsie Godwin on Plus TV Africa, Alonge said female artistes in Nigeria are endangered and need to be protected. He went on to say there are no record labels in Nigeria, Entertainment industry in Nigeria is largely unstructured, touched on how Alaba is becoming less relevant and that music revenue is highly important regardless of how talented the artist might be.
