Jose Mourinho watched his Chelsea side slump to a 4-2 home defeat against Bradford City in the FA Cup fourth round today, and labelled it a “disgrace”.
Strong favourites Chelsea went 2-0 up at Stamford Bridge, but ended up falling apart and losing 4-2 to League One outfit Bradford City.
It certainly wasn’t the only shock of a typically magical day of FA Cup football, as Manchester City were beaten 2-0 at home to Middlesbrough, while Southampton and Tottenham also crashed out at home.
Speaking after the game, Mourinho told the BBC: “I don’t feel so upset with myself because I did my work properly. I thought I prepared my players. At half-time I told them exactly what could happen. Obviously I am also responsible for that, but the reality is that this happens a lot of times in this country.
