Depression seem to be a trending topic and a very sensitive one too. Nigerian youths are committing suicide daily as suicide has been named the second leading cause of death among youths in Nigeria. Dr. Nesochi Okeke-Igbokwe is a New York City based physician, health and wellness expert, media contributor, speaker, and blogger.
She explained that is not a form of evil spirit as it is a mental health disorder which is characterized by certain symptoms that one would have for a certain amount of time. She touched on the symptoms, causes, diagnosis, treatment and how to handle the situation.

Great you watch your informative advice. Depression can be treated with medications but best way is to go for a proper treatment. You need calm, rest, and yes need travelling to natural place free of pollution.
