A multi million naira state of the art, Tristate Heart and Vascular Centre has berthed in Babcock University Teaching Hospital, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State South West Nigeria.

The centre, which was launched last Thursday, October 22, is located within the university environment and is a collaboration between the Babcock University and the Tristate Cardiovascular Associates, a global leader in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in Africa.

The centre is equipped with modern and state of the art medical equipment such as cath. lab 5 access machine – one of the only three in the country, oxygen machine, open heart surgery machine, anaesthetic machine, heart lung machine, all manned by seasoned medical professionals.

It also boasts of a tastefully furnished intensive care unit.
