When I am angry I cry or do something to reduce the anger;music, a movie or a book helps. Oh! I also write better when I’m angry 🙂

I think you covered it Elsie, Nice one. Like u said finding someone to talk to, one who you love or are perfectly comfortable with can be quite helpful and productive in that regard. In my opinion, taking a deep breath n focusing of those, rather than on that reason why ur pissed. If it’s a person, try n blank him/her out n divert ur attention to something else
